these few days are busy with interviews.
Tue
1st
- went tahjong pagar
- as expected, indians, indians and more indians
- keep on shooting me with questions
- questions they ask
- wat is DFD used for?
- how does a webpg works?
- wat is pg render and pg load?
all my ans are bullshits. haha.. they are stunned by some of my ans. :P those theory questions i long forget liao lo. my ans so lousy, they still ask me to go back on sat for a ASP.Net test, but i give it a miss. haha.. and that person wanted to say event but in e end i ask him 3 times den i know lo. he pronounce "E1" haha.. u all can try saying "E1" in a faster pace. haha
2nd
- IRAS
- not e type of work i wanted so i turn down lo
Conclusion: quite a wasted trip lah.. but it's ok..
Wed
1st
- Aljunied
- e person quite fierce and e place is wulu. e lift is machiam those cargo lift. very eerie. haha
- he and that lady asked me alot of questions.
- he say giving me a confirmation call tml.
2nd
- middle road
- e lady is nice, soft-spoken
- we actually went Mr Bean for e interview
- she treats me to a drink. haha..
- i feel e company not bad lo. wana get in leh but dunno can anot?
- she oso giving me a confirmation call tml. super nervous. acutally i'm scare that my hopes are high and i will fall badly.
Conclusion: it's not that bad lo..
i dun like interviews.. cuz it's very tiring and scary. i juz wish some1 will employ me soon. hai~ my fren juz got a job. very gd rite? haha.. ok. end here le.. bye

hrm..
interviews is to get the personal feelings of the person, and this can never be obtain from resume.
secondly, its also to gain the physical apperance of the person
(example: sale personel do not really employ people if their face is full of pimple while they trying to sell OXY)
it is also to see how the sincere the person is wanting the job. if u dress shabbily, den its as good as bye bye..
u get wat u mean?

eh.. the example cited above is not trying to provoke or saying any body..
sorry if it "mao fan" you in some ways..

e aljunied one called me today. but it's 2 years contract. i rejected den they offer me 1 yr contract. i'm still thinking.
Always leave a first good impression at interviews.
If you cannot answer the questions, just act like you know.lol...
